Gravel

Between history and nature, this gravel route offers a unique immersion in the heart of the Cotentin region.
From Sainte-Mère-Église, an iconic site of the 1944 D-Day landings, the route winds its way through rural paths and small farm roads before reaching the coastline and its spectacular views of the English Channel.

The tracks alternate between dirt roads, forest paths, farm tracks and sandy beaches, revealing the diversity of the Normandy landscape.
As the kilometres roll by, you’ll pass beaches steeped in history, hedgerows and typical small villages, in a peaceful atmosphere where the spirit of freedom still reigns.

A few more rolling sections allow you to pick up speed, while certain climbs remind you that Normandy is not always flat.

This route is ideal for gravel enthusiasts looking to combine effort, discovery and memory in a natural and authentic setting.

NB: Mountain bikes and e-bikes are permitted.
